Just a suggestion...
For those not living in Israel the last few seconds in the video need a clarification. All of Israel is divided into rocket target areas and when there is a Hamas rocket launched into that area the smartphones alert citizens of an impending attack with a Code Red and the name and number of the area under attack. This is also displayed on all live television channels.
