Has the long expected attack on the Iranian nuclear infrastructure begun?

Came across this video, 2 hours old,  by my favorite Russian military expert Yuri Fedorov:

Here is an on the fly translation from Russian:

Yuri Fedorov: The most important signal that some unexpected and very important events are taking place in Iran is the disconnection of the internet.  The disconnection  of the internet enables the authorities to on the one one hand control the information meant for inner consumption, prevent the dissemination of facts about the real consequences of the attack on the very important military and political Iranian targets, and  a political objects were the target of the attack, ie the HQ of the IRGC. The magnitude of the damage is unknown. We don’t know if there were any VIPs hit and disabled. The absence of information is the indication that the events are obtaining a very serious character. On the other hand,  the disconnection of the internet enables the authorities to control the information that is going out of the country  and complicates the work of the media and to a point complicates the work of foreign intelligence agencies, Israeli and US.  So that the situation may be quite serious.

What was the reason for the attack, and the attacks were 99 percent probability  done by Israeli drones while Israeli media and analysts name the Heron, a heavy drone capable of reaching targets at a distance of 1000 km, good drones, apparently they were used in this attack.  What could have been the reason for the attack?   I think that the most probable cause is Iran’s move towards the nuclear weapons which to Israel, US and all the members of the Persian Gulf is totally unacceptable

.

Apparently some data has  been received that Iran has advanced significantly in this area and that consequently this attack took place which was supposed to demonstrate that important Iranian objects are quite vulnerable and that the next attacks might be much more serious if Iran does not demonstrate restraint in the nuclear area.

There is an additional aspect which in my opinion is very important. These attacks were executed after Teheran was visited by Vyacheslav Volodin [ Chairman of the State Duma.], not necessarily the most influential politician in Russia, but nevertheless a permanent member of the Security Council. He conducted certain negotiations in Teheran and I do not  exclude the possibility that during these negotiations some agreements were reached that Russia would provide Iran with technology necessary to manufacture nuclear weapons, or rockets which would deliver these weapons at a distance of 1000 km. so that even the sequence of events permits me to talk about the connection between these attack and Russian politics

Interviewer; ; We must not forget that the CIA director William Burns just visited Israel. Apart from the visit of   Vyacheslav Volodin there was also this visit by the high ranking US official

Yuri Fedorov: Of course I think that for such a military action, as the attack on Iran, Israel needed the agreement of the US and some commitment that in case there is a counter attack on Israel, nothing else the Iranians could think of, then the US would show support for Israel and while it is not clear if this support will be military, i.e. primarily US Air Force following the actions against Israel , but at least the Americans have to agree not to restrict Israel in its air attacks on Iran and perhaps rocket attacks on Iran. All in all the situation is beginning to develop in a very interesting, anxious yet interesting direction including having a relation to the front in Ukraine since Iran is one of the principal military ally of Russia and one of the rare countries which apart from North Korea is providing  Russia with military technology, drones and perhaps other military technology, we for now do not know. It is not excluded that Volodyn tried to negotiate or negotiated the deliverance of ballistic missiles.
